     Chris has been representing parties in civil disputes since 1991. Her cases range from auto accidents and personal injuries to commercial disputes, sexual assault, defective products and claims of construction defect. She has tried dozens of jury trials over her 25+ years of practice and has settled hundreds more. Chris brings her competitive and detailed nature to all of her cases and fights hard for successful outcomes for her clients. Her practice areas include insurance defense, personal injury, cases involving defective products and defective construction practices and insurance litigation.

     Chris is a native of southern Maine but has lived in Concord since starting her legal education at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, from which she graduated in 1991. Since then she has been a member of the New Hampshire bar association and has also been admitted to practice in Federal court.

     Chris is an active member of the Concord community, volunteering at the local YMCA and sitting on various community boards. When not in court advocating on behalf of her clients, she can often be found competing on the golf course.

Dona Feeney

     Dona represents employers, municipalities, school districts and individual clients throughout New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and New Jersey in the areas of employment law, discrimination, wrongful termination, and Title IX compliance. She also handles the defense and case management of complex personal injury, negligence, insurance coverage, and wrongful death matters. For more than 25 years, Dona has brought her science background, skill and determination to bear in all matters in which she has counseled and advocated for clients involved in workplace disputes, property loss, or from defective products or equipment. She has been involved in higher profile cases involving clergy abuse and crematory litigation. Dona appears regularly in state and federal courts in all five of the states in which she is admitted to practice. Dona appears as well at the various state and federal agencies that oversee workplace discrimination, retaliation and disability matters including the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Maine Human Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Her work is characterized by a no-nonsense, cost-effective approach to the process, with an eye for voluntary settlement, combined with the seasoned skills, determination, and attention to detail necessary for successful litigation. Dona has devoted her practice to litigation, trials and arbitration. Her reputation, experience and commitment to her clients, both large and small, have yielded results that have earned her the respect and recognition of her peers.

     Dona was born in New Jersey and moved to New Hampshire in 1995. She earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in biological sciences from Rutgers University. After working for a number of years as a research assistant at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Dona pursued her legal studies at the Newark campus of Rutgers University School Law, evening division. She received her J.D. in 1988 and was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in 1995. Dona continues to actively assist the New Jersey firm of Radom & Wetter with litigation matters.

   Naomi has over 25 years of litigation experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in a broad range of first and third-party disputes.


   Naomi began her career representing doctors and hospitals at one of the preeminent medical malpractice defense firms in New York City. Since 2000, Naomi has practiced in a variety of insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation matters in both state and federal courts in New Hampshire. Her diverse practice includes: premises liability, construction defect, trucking industry, automobile coverage and liability, underinsured motorist, first party property damage, employment liability, D&O liability, and condominium litigation.


   Naomi has successfully argued matters at the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Naomi also assists her clients with pre-suit investigations and resolutions. Naomi speaks regularly on all aspects of insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage matters. Naomi enjoys strategizing and collaborating with her clients to efficiently work towards resolutions.


   Naomi is thrilled to work in the town where she went to high school and where she is close to beloved family, friends and colleagues. When not working, Naomi loves to enjoy the outdoors, attend live sports and music events, and tinker with her cooking and interior design hobbies.

David Betancourt          Esquire

     David brings over two decades of litigation experience as a trial attorney to the Friedman Feeney firm. David is a former New Hampshire Public Defender, where he served as the Managing Attorney of NHPD’s Dover office for over ten years. In that position, he gained extensive courtroom experience, litigating dozens of jury trials to verdict and handling everything from juvenile cases to complex felonies, including homicides. In 2021 he was honored by being inducted as a Fellow to the American College of Trial Lawyers. The College, founded in 1950, is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

     David earned a B.A. in anthropology from Cornell University in 1998 and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2002. He has lived in southern Maine and the Seacoast area with his family ever since. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is also admitted to practice in Federal Court. David is excited to join Friedman Feeney and put his skills and talents to use on behalf of the firm’s clients.
